Judi West and Katerina Wendl are Directors of Immigration Downunder NSW. With offices based on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, they have many clients worldwide as well as a large local clientele. They are registered with the government body, MARA (Migration Agents Registration Authority) and regularly take Continuing Legal Education courses in order to keep up with the constant changes made to Australian Immigration Law - the second largest area of law in Australia. They are also members of the Migration Institute of Australia.

Immigration Downunder was formed in 1997 with a vision to provide a personalised immigration service for a range of clientele including those people who wish to migrate permanently to Australia. Ongoing business planning and structuring ensure that fees and charges are kept to a minimum. Each member of staff is highly trained and experienced, and has undertaken many courses, including the Australian Immigration and Citizenship Law course, which is essential to qualify as a registered migration agent.
