ASESSMENT OF ELIGIBILITY FOR AN AUSTRALIAN VISA

As a first step in migrating to Australia it is important to assess ones eligibility for an Australian visa. There are a large number of visa options available such as family, skilled, student or business migration (please see visa types). To determine the appropriate visa for your individual case, a careful and detailed assessment is essential. This will be based on your background and purpose in migrating to Australia.

We have many clients who have come to us after spending much time and money making their own applications only to find they have applied for a visa for which they are not eligible. We can save you time and money by giving you the correct advice based on our experience and using the current legislation.

In applicable cases where a client may not be presently eligible for an Australian visa, we are able to advise what steps can be taken toward future eligibility.

We provide a free confidential visa assessment

Please note that currently the Australian Government is targeting specific skilled occupations e.g. IT Specialists, nurses, engineers, chefs etc. People who hold a university degree, diploma or trade certificate and who speak English at a high intermediate level may be eligible.

Preparation and Lodgement of Australian Visa Applications.

For eligible individuals or families we offer a complete migration service. Once we begin working on your application, we first provide you with a letter of instruction which clearly outlines all necessary documents and information needed. We then provide all appropriate forms completed by us for you to sign. We give you advice on how, when and where to obtain your medical examination, police clearance and English language test. We also prepare a submission in support of your individual visa application based on current immigration legislation. This submission is a critical step in the process and is lodged with your visa application. The purpose of the submission is to show that all criteria, as set down by the current legislation, have been met in order for the visa application to be successful!

Finally we lodge your visa application with the appropriate Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs’ Office. We stay in contact with the officer handling your particular case in order to facilitate a speedy result.

Our fees for these services are dependent on the type of visa for which you are applying and are available on request.
