Judi West is a Graduate of Law and Justice of the Peace who previously specialised in alternative dispute resolution and Court/Tribunal policy and administration. She is also a mediator and a member of LEADR (Lawyers Engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution).

Judi worked as a case manager for the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT) [previously know as the Immigration Review Tribunal] in Sydney for several years and gained much experience in managing a large number of different and complex immigration cases covering the many visa classes. Her work at the MRT heightened her awareness and interest in the immigration process, particularly the unique human aspects associated with individual cases.

This experience led her to specialize in the complex field of Immigration Law and she was awarded the highest marks in her Immigration Law exams. Judi is also able to represent clients who have been unsuccessful with their own visa applications and who seek to appeal the decision made by the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs.
